Speaker: Ngamtip Poovarodom
Ngamtip Poovarodom, born in 1957. She got
the Doctorat of Génie des Procédés Industriels from Université of
Technologie of Compiègne, FRANCE. Now she is the associate professor of Department of
Packaging and Materials Technology of Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University. Her main
research interests including Biodegradable packaging materials, Starch-based disposable food
containers, Food packaging, Food contact materials: migration and regulations, Life Cycle
Assessment in packaging.
