Wei Wu, PhD, professor, candidate of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the
People's Republic of China (MOHRSS) Xiangjiang Scholar Plan (2013), Wuhan University
Luojia Young Scholar(2014), candidate of Wuhan Youth Technology Dawn Project(2012). Currently
he is associate director, professor, doctoral supervisor in printing and packaging
department, Wuhan university, member of Packaging Planning Committee of China
Packaging Federation, member of Packing Industry Committee of CCPIT. He won STAM Best
Paper Award in 2017 (first gainer in China Mainland), Hong Kong Scholars Award in
2014, Advanced Materials Letters Award in 2013. He is associate editor, subject editor,
expert committee member, for Frontier in Materials (SCI), Packaging Engineering, etc. In
recent years, he has presided over 20 NSFC scientific research projects, and applied for more
than 20 invention patents.
