Changqing Fang, Ph.D. in Materials Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Postdoctoral Fellow in Packaging Science, Michigan State University, USA. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Printing, Packing Engineering and Digital Media Technology at Xi'an University of Technology, second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, leader in food science (packaging engineering). He is the deputy director of the Packaging Education Committee of China Packaging Federation, the deputy secretary-general of the Packaging Dynamics Committee of Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, specially-appointed researcher of China Academy of Printing Technology and executive director of Shaanxi Packaging Technology Association.

As the person in charge, he has presided over more than 30 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of the Ministry of Education, won 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award.
