      Paper Requirements and Publishing Format
      1. Papers should show the innovation theory and research application results which have not been published on other journals and conference proceedings.
      2.Abstract should include research objectives, methods, results and important conclusions and so on. It should be conducted in English about 300 words.
      3.Paper should be written in English using Word 2003/2007 format and sent as attachments by E-mail. Chinese and English abstract should also be provided in the E-mail and please fill out the registration form in the attachment. Please annotate “paper for Conference 2017”.
      4. When the presented paper gained the accreditation of the experts who are assigned by the proceedings editor, all accepted papers will be published on the international journal.
