Paper Review and Awards Setting

  1. Paper Review

    2. 1) The process of paper review includes abstract review and three rounds of peer review.

    2) The papers will be reviewed according to the submission time.

  2. Paper Publication

    3. After three rounds of paper review, the excellent papers will be published in Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST), Printing and Digital Media Technology Study, and Printing and Digital Media Technology Study (supplementary issue).

  3. Paper awards

    4. The Outstanding Academic Paper Award The award will be decided according to the academic and innovative level as well as writing competence by university professors and scholar reviewers.

Paper Requirements

  1. Papers should show the innovation theory and research application results which have not been published on other journals and conference proceedings.
  2. The paper should meet academic publishing rules.
  3. Paper Language

    4. The paper should be written in English, including all text, figures, and tables.

  4. Content Requirements of the Paper

    5. The submission paper should include the following three documents.

    1)The paper provides information about the abstract, as well as the main author's education background, position, job title, and research direction.

    2)The final paper consists of the title, abstract, key words, text (including but not limited to the introduction, research ideas and methods, experimental part, results and discussion, conclusions), and references.

    3)Figures require a resolution of 300 dpi and save as in the JPG, TIFF format, or AI format.

  5. Paper Submission

    6. 1) The submission only accepts electronic manuscripts in Word 2010 format. Please name the file with “author name + recommend publication path”.

    2) Please send the submission documents to xshy@keyin.cn with the email topic "2025 Academic Conference on Digital Media".

    3) Please ensure that the following information is included in the email: Contact details of the author, their unit and position, telephone number, and recommendation for the publication path.
